The Ghost of Ash Floor light is part of our Ghost of Ash range. We make this range using fallen ash from around the historic Boyne Valley region near our workshop in County Meath.

We select branches for the 3 sizes and fit the cable nodes where branch nodes naturally occur. The Ghost of Ash range acknowledges that this species is currently under threat. We are using it before we loose it.

Each piece is signed and numbered to a maximum of 100 pieces.

The Ghost of Ash floor light uses red acrylic details to attach the branch to the shade and polished steel rings to bring the cord to the base. It comes with a foot switch and 2.5 metres of cord. We cast the branch into a resin and bronze cone at the base to add to weight and to allow a transition to the base.
