‘Ruray’ is an LED powered sculptural desk light with a distinctive wave style form which was inspired by the legendary wave ‘Tonn Ruraigh’ that breaks off of County Down on the coast of Ireland.
A legend suggests that this large roaring wave could be heard but never seen. In Ruray we have reimagined what this legendary wave might look like as a contemporary sculptural desk light.
It can be set horizontally on a desk or vertically to give atmospheric room light. Ruray is a hand formed light and highly collectible as each Ruray is signed and numbered by Shane Holland.
